Year 2007 Rates

Minimum 50 percent (50%) deposit, non-refundable, but will apply to credit with 72 hour notice of cancellation, to hold reservation (three nights or less will be charged in full at time of booking with 50% refundable with sufficient notice). Balance due at check-in. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Two percent (2%) Kenai Peninsula sales tax. All prices are nightly, double/single occupancy. $20 each additional person.

Early Spring (May 1-31) 'Chinook' and 'Caribou'- $130. The 'Moose'-$140. The 'Grizzly'- $150.

Early Summer (June 1-July 10)'Chinook' & 'Caribou'-$150, The 'Moose'-$165 & The 'Grizzly-$180

Peak Summer (July 11-July 31) Minimum FIVE night stay.
The 'Caribou', 'The 'Chinook' -$165. The 'Moose'- $180. The 'Grizzly' featuring a private sleeping loft with queen bed, a double/single bunk and futon.-$195
